| help e36 alarm system
hello,
i have a 1998 (R reg) 318i se, i washed the remote for my central locking in the washing machine and now it doesnt work, i can get in and start the car with the key but the hazard lights flash when the door, boot or bonnet are open and without the remote i cant turn them off.
the type of remote i have is the one with the red and grey buttons and the red led on the remote flashes when a button is pressed but nothing happens.
can anyone help?
