Hello!! New to this.

Ok. i just bought a 1995 BMW 740i. When i got it home i pressed the parking brake, but now it won't come back up and i can't find the release handle. it's the one you set with your foot. Also my trunk won't come up. it tries too when you press the button on the inside, but it just goes up and down like something won't let it go. Can anybody please help me, cause i need to move this car right away. I look forward to being a part of this site.

On the left side alittle down from steering wheel there is a lever for the parking break. As for the trunk the same thing with mine I have to open it with the key..

^ as said P lever is next to steering whell has ((P)) on it, as for your trunk sounds like either you lock is loose or out off line as its not releasing.
