Looking to buy my first BMW! Had a couple civics, but want a change
Selling a 92 BMW 318is for a friend for $2200 that has lost interest in the car. car has 177499 miles, engine runs great no problem and has no check engine light. always starts right up without a problem. Just replaced the following items, catalytic converter, oxygensensor, has a b and b stainless muffler. Replaced the headliner and a, b, and c interior pillars. Replaced right front window regulator. replaced both taillights. extra set of wheels along with the breytons as seen in the picture. Changed the oil with synthetic. Replaced differential fluid. Replaced brake fluid. Still needs left front wheel speed sensor has a abs light on in dash. Car runs and drives good gets great fuel mileage! Replaced left front brake wear sensor. Its a real nice car. Its put on a few miles, seems very high maintainance, and expensive. Why should I buy a BMW if i know stuff will give out on me? Seems like older BMW's have alot of electrical problems. I got 3k that i would invest in this car for now. I dont want to buy a BMW just because its a BMW. I want to love how it drives, handles, sounds. Would I be dissappointed in this BMW? Let me know what i should do. Thanks!
