I live in the USA and just joined Bimmerwerkz because it seems to be a great source for BMW technical support and I only have an elementary knowledge of car maintenance and repair. I look forward to getting some much-needed help from expert/experienced members.
I bought my first Bimmer last year. It's a 1999 Titanium Silver 540i with 94K miles and so far I only put 2,000 miles on it because it was in storage for 7 months while I went to Europe.
This is a fantastic car that continues to amaze me and I have yet to fully experience all it's sophisticated and superior driving/handling capabilities. Unfortunately I now have some electrical problems, so will post for help in the 5 Series Forum.
You've come to the right place. Here, we not only have the passion for BMWs, but also plenty of experience, knowledge, and a friendly community that is always happy to help.
