Hello From ATL - BMW Forum

Hey Everyone, I'm Rion from Tucker, Georgia, right outside of Atlanta. I'm 17 and have become a BMW addict already! I've been into car since i was a little kid. i work at a chevron full service station part time now with school and full time during the summer. My first car was a 1972 Volvo 142s 4-speed. great car i love it. My dad and i restored most of it for 2-3 years and we are now doing an engine swap and i hope to turn it into a budget track car for autox. I currently drive a 1985 BMW 635csi that i picked up from a friends dad. Its a 5-speed with 95k miles on it! its great. I have enjoyed it for most of the summer and now I'm actually looking for something newer and smaller to fit me. I like the e36's mainly the 6cyl 5-speed. My budget is around 4000-5500 which seems to be alright from browsing around. The 6er is up for sale ATM. I'm asking 4000 for it. Heres a link to my CL post.

WHy are you selling the sixer? I went the otherway! fro 3 series to 6

i love mine.... just trying to figureout why anyone woul want to get rid of it(yes I was gonna sell mine for an e36 M3But decided againest...) you got a nice 3.4-3.5 in that thing! Go to Bigcoupe.com it is all for e24's! and your link to your Ad doesn't work

ehhhh well i dunno. I like the car alot, dont get me wrong. I just want something smaller and quicker. Also i'd like something newer where i can customize with some angel eyes, euro tails, remus exhaust etc. i feel boring in the 6er :/

really? that thing is mean lookin... just needs a rear spoiler,tint, a drop maybe M5 sways and rims. and you'll have one of the meanest cars around! you want more power so your going to a smaller engine? meh your car I'm just saying your gonna miss out... that thing is nice I had a 325 that thing was modded and did not have near the torque my 635 has...

yeah... you saying this makes me wanna stick with it hah. Its a nice car i do like it. i just like how much more "customizable" an e36 is, or any newer BMW.

I love these car's there one of the sexyest cars ever made! yeah the e36 it more "Moddable" I loved the e36 M/// and i agree they are sexy BUT dont have near the appeal of the e24 also which one is Rare

I got mine for $500

Cool to see lots of people in the atl area. decided to keep the 6 and just save for an e36. when it comes, its comes.

yeah it is 20 years old and will have some issues But so will the e36

a few but probably wont go on till after i get the e36.
BBS's
Exhaust.
Tighter suspension.

Nothing special just look good mods.
The e36 will be my toy.
