I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Brad, an airline pilot from Cincinnati. I've never owned a BMW before, but I've owned two Porsches (still have one) so I'm a big fan of German cars. My daily driver is a Chevrolet Monte Carlo, but it's getting on in years, so I'm very interested in replacing that with a BMW. I'm looking forward to learning a lot of from you all, and getting enough information to select an awesome car. Hopefully, I won't annoy you all too much! I'm using the search function a lot already, so hopefully I'll keep that to a minimum.

So far, I'm leaning towards a late model 3-Series, probably a 325i or 330xi. Since my wife will drive the car from time to time, I'm going to have to settle on an automatic, and we defintely need a sedan. Any recommendations would be most welcome!

willkommen brad! Any particular ideas for your 3-series? Are you solid on only a 3-series? or perhaps a 5er could suit your tastes?

That being said, as long as you don't bump threads over a year old, you shouldn't annoy anyone too much lol!

No, I'm not 100% sure I'm going to go with the 3-Series. But I just LOVE the look of those. Basically, I'm just looking for a rockin' deal on a slightly used car. I'm just too much of a cheap-skate to take the depreciation hit on a brand-new vehicle. I'm busily shopping for every low-mileage sedan in my area.
