Hello All! 325I in trouble!

03 325i sedan deep blue sports package in trouble!
Overheating occuring!
Have a leak and haven't found it yet and drips when the radiator cap is on.
Bubbling occurring from time to time.
Hearing a rattling sound in the engine compartment but can't tell if it's the waterpump or whatever.
Overflow outlet squirts water from time to time and can't add anymore water even when tilting the car on an upward slope.
Two main water hoses are easily squeezable. Upper one hot and lower not hot.
Some steam coming out of exhaust pipe even when warmed up but turned the car off immediately when it started getting to borderline red the one time ti occurred.
Car was on full bmw waranty package and routinely checked up.
103k miles. Not hard miles.
No heat in the passenger compartment even at temp way up at 85 degrees.
Guage goes to normal and then starts going up to the borderline on red after the car has warmed up. This is why I think the thermostat doesn't open or the water pump isn't working but I just don't know.
Can't tell if water is circulating.
Help!

You can rent a coolant pressure tester like the one in the link below to help find your leak, if you rent it from Advanced Auto or Pep Boys, it's free! Basically you just pay for it & when you return it, they refund your money.

Sounds like a water pump leak, they can be tricky to find......if it is the pump, you might as well do the t-stat & the coolant system has to be thoroughly bled of all air.....

Nope. Trying to get an idea of what's the problem before tearing it apart. Do the thermostats close up on these? When I try to bleed the system thru the bleeder, steam and water keep coming out over a long period.
