Hi guys and gals, just stopping buy to say hello. I may purchase a used BMW soon, and just want to get started researching everything there is to know about it before jumping into it. I'm looking at a 2006 750li, I don't know much about them, I come from the Lexus crowd so I'm considering this to be a big jump.
You should be ok with the 2004+ model of the 7 series. The early iDrive systems were somewhat troublesome. Do your normal research that you would do on any used car, make sure you know what the car has been through before you buy it, and invest the $$$ into having it independently inspected, it might save you more $$$$ in the long run.
