Hey, just another new member. I'm excited to now be a part of the BMW community. I've been playing with German cars for eight years now and just got my first BMW! I am the proud owner of a '01 540iT wagon with 80,000 miles and I absolutely love it! It's black over tan has what I assume is the usual bunch of goodies: heated seats, headlight washer, business cd with dsp sound. The first addition I made was a cup holder (still none in my Porsche - but the 540 is an everyday driver), I'll post picks later - I feel it's a pretty sleek way of doing it. The second item going in is the Dice HD radio and iPod hook up (already shipped and on the way). I am a do it myself person and am looking forward to getting dirty with my new car. The next project is window tinting. My future plans for the car include light body mods (bumpers) and I'd like to get into the suspension and exhaust too. I look forward to working with everybody on the site - I know how valuable these can be from my other car. Hopefully I'll learn enough about BMWs so I can help others too.
