Found this site off Google. Had a 1981 320i 20 years ago, sold it, have regretted it since. Looking to buy my kid a car. Thought about a bimmer. Looking at a 1987 325 here locally. Been researching the e30's. This one is a 2.5L, 5 speed, 4 door, they say 114K miles (a little hard to believe on a 22 year old car) but it is reeeaaall clean. New radiator, water pump. Unknown last time of timing belt change. Any advice? Oh, they want $2300. No rust, No wrecks, clean interior, everything works, I think.

114K not to unbelieveable, I can pick up a 20 year old plus 7 series here in the UK with 70 to 90k on the clock with full BM history.

Thaks, going to look at and drive the car again tomorrow with an engineer mechanically inclined friend of mine. I read about a do it your self mechanic book for bimmers, forgot the name of it, on another blog. Any ideas? It wasnt the standard chiltons type of book.
