Head wrecked!

Hi all having problems with my E46 2003 320ci when I turn it over the revs go up and down and the air flow light the Eml light, the anti skid light and the handbrake light stay on and the whole car vibrates and won't give me any acceleration it just chucks along. Try it again 20 mins later and it's fine already replaced air flow meter and throttle cable valve. Had the car in two bmw garages along with other garages but they said they can't find the problem cuz the lights are off when they start it. I'm very frustrated at this stage it has been going on a long time. Any advice would be appreciated thanks

Have the car scanned with an OBD-II scanner. The stored Diagnotisc Trouble Codes (DTC) will help identify whats wrong. My bet is you may have a sensor that has failed.
