GET BMW PARTS WEBSITE order nightmare

Did anybody had problem with this site? GETBMWPARTS.COM? I've places 3 order around a month ago and they are very slow. One of the order just arrived after 2 weeks and they overchage me on shipping, $75.00 to ship a 12 lb box, which shouldve been around $30.00. The second order came in after 3 weeks with missing parts, and on top of that they charge me $25.00 for a .30lb envelope and I cant talk to anybody about it. Nobody will answer your phone or answer to the email. The third order is yet to arrive god knows when. According to their site the parts were on stock from the begining but for some reason they were still not shipped. I think they are all a bunch of iddiots that work at that place. If you dont mind waiting for your part buy from them, but otherwise I recomend using another dealership. You might pay a bit more someplace else, but it will save you a lot of time and agravation.

I got a e-mail in my junk mail from this place, I blocked them & reported them as a phishing scam!
