thanks.. im new to the BMW genre, but im a car nut and i love to build. ive recently fallen in love with the way these things handle its uncanny. but ive had my 325i since july and i just put my second set of rear tires on it yesterday. lol cant help myself, leaving a deserted stop sign sideways is like crack! how long have either of you owned BMWs?
I have owned my E36 since January 2007, I will have to agree, it's addicting! Before that...........over 20 years ago, it was a 72' Chevelle SS that I restored.......I also love to build........
I have driven many other makes & models since then & for me
nothing else compares.......
I've built two NiSsan 240's, restored a 69 Chevy c10, built an 89 caprice with a 502 crate motor. Fixed up a few jeeps and randomly enough turbocharged a Saturn. But I've succumb to this beautiful driving maching. Ice got nothing done to my car except m3 wheels and it handles like a go-cart. Point and shoot. So precise. I love it I'm in the process of buying another whole325i for the motor and some other minor parts I'm missing. But I'm planning big things. (turbo, different motors internals, etc.) can't wait. Ill post before during and after pics to keep things updated.
