| E39 ratteling noise
Hello, first time posting, I have 1998 540i automatic. It came with the non-sport suspension. I added 18in M5 knock 0ff wheels and recently put on Eibauch lowering springs. It basically lowered the car to the same height as a sport model, nothing drastic. Car was fime for about a month. Now when going slow I hear a rattling noise going over small bumps, I cant tell if its coming from front or rear maybe the front. Any ideas? One person i spoke with suggested a shock mount bad. any ideas |
