heres my story.
I LOVE BMW's, always have. when I was 17 i came across a 1985 524TD for sale. I loved it as well so I bought it. I had big plans for it. I knew the transmission was on the frits when i got it so when I couldn't accelerate from a stop light on my way to school one day i knew it was time to take it off the road for the winter. The plan was to bring it to my dads buddy to rebuild the tranny. We were driving down the road and the top of a tree broke off and hit the car.

Needless to say we didnt follow through with the rebuild because the damage was so bad. Im looking to chop my lovly BMW into a pickup this summer and swap out the tranny for another. Hopefully I will get to drive My first car once more.
