Have you checked for vacuum leaks on the intake duct work between the AFM and throttle body, and around the intake manifold joins between the throttle body and intake manifold. Also check your "rear intake manifold cover" by starting the engine, let the idle stabilise and then pull the engine oil dipstick out, if the revs drop and then recover when you reinsert the dipstick, then its probably on its way out. Does your engine use much oil between changes?
