I have a 86 325e...Go in the store come out...turn the key and nothing...no clicking etc...Has power to the solenoid...Bad starter? Seems like I was hearing it wind a little after the car started over the last weeks....
Also, the power windows and sunroof don't work...Coincidence or connected...

As long as the battery is good, that sure seems like the starter. For the windows and roof, you may wanna check the window circuit breaker and maybe the fuse box.
