2008 535i shakes - BMW Forum

I have a new 2008 535i. When I crank it, it shakes for about 5 seconds. Sometimes harder than others. It almost "sputters". Drives fine now. However, this is my second 2008 535i in 4 months. My first one started doing this and eventually, the check engine light came on and it stopped driving OK. It started to "sputter" as I drove it. The dealership gave me another one because they could not figure out the problem. But now this one is starting the same process. Has anyone heard of this happening to any other car, besides mine?!

just out of curiousity... what gas do u load on ur car?

...but... your car is under warranty. let the dealer take care of your prob-you paid for the car and the price you paid includes the after-purchase service and warranties as well. Exercise them to your benefit.
