Smile 2003 M5

I'm looking for some help in buying a 03 M5 in reguards of mileage and things to look out for. I've been a fan of this car for some time and I'm not as knowledgeable as I should be. I do'nt want to get hustled and start out with a bad taste. I have alot of time and I would like to hear from some M owners with their opinions. Thanks
The Hawk
