1999 530d won,t start when warm

hi bought a 1999 530d at auction and so far i,m regreting it when the car is stopped after it has reached working temp and is left sitting for about 20 mins it won,t start when it is cold it starts no problem so far have changed the pump in the tank and also the one under passenger seat to no avail also the speedometer doesnt work can anyone tell me where it is driven off or is it the instrument cluster that would be faulty
