1998 328IS BMW in Cortez, Colorado

Well, I have finally obtained a BMW. I don't know much about them, so I plan on learning all I can. I am a licensed aircraft mechanic and welder/fabricator as well as a cropduster pilot. I just got a beautiful avis blue 328IS from a friend of mine. The car sat for over a year down in Dallas, Tx area. I recently trailered it home to Colorado, The car needs alot of things, from sitting for so long, but I intend on learning as I am fixing it up. I will post pics as soon as I get some. Thanks -Phil

Hey man , welcome to the werkz it's a pleasure to have you part of the family. Congrats on your new bimmer. There's no better feeling than having one of those ''classic'' bimmers. The connection that you develop between your car and yourself is un explainable. I hope you will learn all you can from this forum and wish you the very best in everything else. Keep us posted .

Well Thank you sir. I am in love with this car. I used to hate driving, but when I get in the Bmw, I look for places to go...
