So, I just picked this guy up today for $1,000. Intended to be a daily driver while I get ridiculous on my main project.
5 speed. Blue interior that is ok. White, paint is in pretty good shape, a couple sheetmetal dings. I guess it was in a slight dinger a few years ago, nothing residual showing on the car.
Drove it 100 miles to get it home, suspension is a bit floaty but not bad for being almost 30 years old.
Only real issues on it I can see so far is the rear diff seals are leaky; the wipers don't work and it makes a pretty loud tick at idle, kinda like the Mitsubishi lifter tick noise. While driving it makes a loud metal on metal sound but im pretty sure it's either brakes or hubs. Easy fix.
I hope to plug you guys for as much info as I can. I say this isn't a project car, but that's like a crackhead saying "I won't smoke that".
