MUMA is on a distinguished road
135i 2008

my passenger side tail light is out. bulb is fine. no indicator showing a problem on the dash.

any ideas??

Welcome to the Werkz

Have you checked if the contacts are dirty? Are you sure the buld is good, and not just playing possum (try swapping bulb from other side)?
