just finished resealing the intake manifold and replacing the valve cover gasket, replaced the water pump, thermostat, thermostat housing, and all tensioners, plugs, and coil pack connectors. Then I went to install the serp belt and had an ohhhshit moment...took me this long to realize this engine is SANS power steering....somebody done stoled it

just another thing to add to the list so now i need an M50 power steering pump too

exhaust manifold and injectors are resealed, rest of the parts should be coming along soon

it wont be crazy or anything...if i had 190 at the wheels once its chipped and done i would be happy, and i doubt it will make that...

That would be more than plenty. The M20 2.5 in the E30 was 168 before the wheels OEM.

this is true but the M50 is only rated at 189 before the wheels...but i have an Eta right now...rated at 121 before the wheels...wait but with dinan its like 145 or something...either way...shall be a big HP jump....TQ should be about the same as i have about 190-200 at the flywheel with a chipped Eta

i got bored waiting for parts so i detailed the Eta and Lexol'd the leather, used a little meguiars #40 on all the vinyl...bling bling

Scored a power steering pump, oil pump, and a cat back exhaust flange so i can weld up the new custom exhaust

holy crap this thing is moving right along...looks like whiteshark is my only follower lol i appreciate the support tommy
