Here are comments from others that are really scaring me into NOT buying it:

    "Replaced the springs" WTF?

Nope. Nope. Nope. Car is a money pit. Those seats are as bad as I've seen. Not even a good track car candidate. You'd have to swap out the transmission and suspension is probably shot.

    Keep looking.

    AND...

Changed timing chain? That doesn't sound good either. Something happened to that motor. You easily need to spend another 5-7K to get that car in shape.

Hey there!! I have been following some of your posts and you seem quite knowledgeable in beamers.I have a question about codes. I have a 94 530i and no 4 didit codes come up but am constantly getting readings. Check controlight, f fog lightl, brake light circuit,
r fog light and pwer steering fluid. Upon checking these things after stopping, they all are full or appear to be working fine. So what is her problem? How can I reset? Where is the brake light circuit?

Hey how's it going? I've got a question about control arm bushings...I'm looking at a urethane bushing kit:

Just wondering if you've come across this product? Is it worth it or shall I just stick to OEM parts?

Hello again. Once again I need your advice. I'm looking for a tie rod end assembly (full left & right) for my e36 323i. Just wondering if you can recommend/provide a good brand?
    Cheers

I just bought my first 1998 540i with sports package and everycouple days the check engine lite comes on with a varity of different codes. Ive got a reader and reset code reader and each time Ive just cleared the codes. Todays codes are p0300/0301,0303,0302, and the car is running great, was wondering if a bad ground could be causing the problem.sry i didnt realize time differents will check tomorrow ths

I have a 2007 BMW 328i Sedan. The remote opens all doors except the driver side door. Additionally, the door lock button on the inside will not open the driver side door. When I press the remote to unlock the door the (driver side)black door lock indicator by the window flutters three times and still will not unlock. The same thing happens when I push the lock/unlock button on the dash. Note-I just had my battery replaced by A BMW dealership service dept.
