Good deal?

Im shopping around for m3's. I found a great deal on a four door '97 m3 but it sold just a couple days before i went to buy it. I'm checking out this '95 m3, trying to decide what its worth. http://www.cars.com/go/search/detail...eadExists=true
What do you guys think? any suggestions as to what to look for?

the pictures present well. i dont know much about the E36, but id check and make sure that it wasnt tracked, and the condition of the cooling system as well as the interior. Those are some of the common failure items of the E36. price wise i dunno.

gl with your search tho.

^+1, Something might be up with it for the price. It does have higher mileage as well.

i thought the price was pretty high. i know blue book values are always low on these cars, but still, blue book says is worth $5800. i was thinking of trying to get him down to 7000 or around there

I've seen e36 M3s with same mileage get sold for about 2 or 3 grand more
and I'm not talking about Germany

it still seems on the bargain side to me

If the car is in good shape its a great deal. I don't see many of the e36 m3s in good condition going for anything below $12k.
