Found an M3, what do you think?

Guys, found a 2005 CPO white convertable M3 SMG w/NAV and red leather for $41K. It has 34K miles, and drives and looks great. I have an '01 325Ci now, but would consider trading up for the M. Any problems, things I should be on the lookout for? Thanks.

KBB on that new M3 fully loaded, including every option and in excellent condition is 43K, so the pricing is pretty good, they aren't over charging by much if at all. I also checked the value of your car with 100,000 miles (estimate cause I didn't know the number) and I pretty much entered in all the available options, your trade in value to a dealer is gonna be around 10 grand. Trading your car in and buying that is gonna cost you 30K+ out of pocket, I would sell your car to a private party and make an extra 4 grand. Just my 2 cents
