Yes, although I'm not sure why you'd want to. For the money that would cost, you could basically do anything you want to your car -- including probably doubling the power.

and i just want a new v8 in it instead of a v6

I wouldn't do it. Will cost $$$$ with the engine/install and other things that creep up such as: possible loss of memory (too long without electricity).

Fun, If your skilled to do all the mech. yourself.

There is no such thing as a BMW v6 ... It's a straight six.

And yeah, not really worth it. I can imagine it would cost upwards of 20 grand ... For the money you could easilybjust upgrade to the e92.
