95' m3 compression??!!

So i got this 95' m3 and did a wet compression test with the outcome of appx. 125 105 150 135 100 140 not necessarily in that order but the rings are pretty much the overall problem.
I'm extremely low on cash but need someone who will fix it back-up and fix it back-up right! Any recommendations?
Really appreciate it, thanks!

if you gave me the correct oder from 1 thru 6, i might be able to decipher that for you more correctly. what was your reading variance between dry and wet readings?
