1995 M3 spark plugs

I have a 1995 M3 automatic( yes I know auto sucks but I did trade a 1993 325is 5 speed even up for this one) and was wondering what you guys have found to be the best plugs for this car. I have been told many things and the e36 forum has been a huge help in the past so I am asking your opinion
