whinning noise....

started after i had the belts changed, now its louder and more constant and annoying as hell.... anyway to check which belt it is?

they didnt loosen a pulley or something by mistake? Hmm after the belts were done.., well you should have done it yourself

i was going to but i didnt have time, i had school finals and packing at the same time to move, trust me, if i have to ever do em again, im doing them myself...

dvmotorsports is on a distinguished road
do the soap trick. that will tell you if it's the belt or the pulley. if the noise stays, it's obviously a bad or loose pulley.

then you buy a stethoscope with a rod on it and place it near each pulley while running (BE CAREFUL, DON'T LOSE A GOD DAMNED FINGER). You will know which pulley it is, because as soon as you get the scope on it, the noise will be horrifyingly loud.
