Turner motorsport software ?

I found some software that claims like 17.9 Hp gain and 13 or something ft.lbs gain. For like 250.00$ is that too cheap to be good? I'd like to get a chip and an intake but 400 is what seems to be the going rate for really nice of both. What do you guys think. All go or hell no?

Turner offers great software, from what I have heard. I personally don't have it, but know plenty of owners with it.

intake, exhaust, (more intake mods also ), lightweight flywheel, then chip... chip last so that you can mod it to your cars setup...

As far as bang for the buck I think that K&N CAI is the way to go. Great performance and warranty.

anyone have any idea on the price for that? can you buy headers and run stock exhaust ? I want to get some headers but I'm kinda scared about getting that obnoxious ricer sound. Any ideas?
oh yes.. Who makes a nice kit for underdrive pullies. Heard that is the way to go. Any suggestions?

dont get pullies unless ur gona get a magnetic oil plug....u can blow ur motor real quick...

as far as their gains...TMS claims based on intake/exhasut and software, not just stock + chip....

i had it in my 325,if i ever mod my m3 ill prolly go with TMS again...

Buy a used CAI and a used Conforti chip. Its the cheapest mod with decent gains (nothing to jump up and down for) but you will feel the difference. If money is not an issue, Saltshaker185 is right. The Chip needs to be last to compliment other mods like cams, exhaust etc.
