Hi guys,

I'm looking for more power in my 2000 Z3M Roadster - had it for a year and want more speed!

Anyone out there with experience of modifying or seen modified ZM or M3s (e.g. with Gruppe M intake/Ram kits, DMS Automotive ECU remap)? What sort of (real world not just Dyno) gains to you see with these kits? Any problems?

I'm especially interested in supercharger conversions, but don't want to wreck the engine, so am looking for someone with a year or more experience in a supercharged car...what are the best conversions in terms of reliability and power gain?

My car's a pre-DSC model so am also looking at traction/launch control systems - anyone tried the Racelogic kit in an M car? Looks great on paper with adjustable slide and launch control, but I'm wondering what it's like in practice...

Thanx!

Active Autowerkes z3m supercharger kit

for $5,695 you can get 280 rwhp over stock 206, that's power to the ground, power you can feel, that's with totally stock parts except the supercharger kit, the only change you need to make is to use super or premium unleaded gas, which you probably already do, i think that there are some customer testimonials you can look at too, you can also call them for more info. have fun oh also suerchargers are usually more reliable than turbos, and they put less strain on the engine because they produce less boost than turbos and there's no need for a wastegate, the supercharger should be reliable and will make you happy
