Vanos... how about you replace the vanos solenoid first smarty.
RTABs.. get the tool.. twenty min max.
Valve Cover Gasket... simple... amateur stuff.
Power Steering Hoses... NOT HARD.. just use hydralic hose clamps not the ones that came off in the first place.
Oil leaking from the Fuel Filter Housing (possibly) What?... no.
New Tires.... Tire rack..> FTW.
I just recently got a tip on the failing VANOS units on these cars. Apparently they were designed with dinosaur oil in mind, and synthetic seeps through into places it's not supposed to due to smaller molecule size. Switch back to dino oil and it might help.

Meh. My car has been running Mobil 1 synthetic since maybe 6000 miles on the car im told. Never had any of those issues.
