Should My car ride like a rock?

So I bought my car that had a little frame damage but only enough to make it wear tires unevenly. So when I test drove it and took it for a couple of drives aroudn the house after I cleaned out the ICV. I noticed that it rode sort of like MY lowrider truck. Pretty much like a pile of shit.. Is it because of the frame damage. I know it has bilstien struts. SO it sits a little lower but I can't imagine I always though that the ride quality in a Beamer would be good. Is it just me or is this a common problem with lowered M3s. thanks
