Hey guys. I'm new here and have been looking for an M3 for a while now. Read a bunch of posts here - what a great site.
I finally found an M3 that I LOVE but not sure quite what to think of the shiesty salesman. Here the scoop:
Alpine White '97 M3, Body is
Perfect, Intereior flawless, Sounds, looks, drives great.
77K Miles, short shifter (not sure what kind) upgraded exhaust (dinan) and carbon fiber CA (dinan), with chip (again not sure what kind).
The salesman claims that it has the "luxus" package which includes wood grain, on board computer (don't they all have this) cruise control, and a few other things that i could care less about - is this a load of sh*t? Seems sort of strange. He claims that this is why he will not come down from his asking price.
He wants 20K plus 2K for the 46K mile waranty. The warantee does seem to cover about everything though.
I drove this car and have a raging hard on for this thing!! Holy sh*t, now I get it, what a great automibile. I have never had it this bad for a car in my life but I'm trying to keep my wits about me and not be taken for a fool by this guy. What to do? Thanks for your help and I look forward to hanging out here once i get the new ride - whether it is this one or another one. Later.
