I've been a vw fan for years and am considering moving onto a bmw..
I was gonna get an older 325..but..i've come across what seems like a good deal on an m3..
here's the deal:
1997 silver m3 with almost 300k miles on it..5 spd..original owner says motor and tranny are running 100% and were always maintained..all highway miles..
price: 6500
silver body.. clean interior
any suggestions?

the way I see it..bmw's have a rep for running forever..but 300k is alot of miles

any suggestions ?
anybody driving really high mile m3's out there?
thanks

Anything that has 300,000 miles is worn. Not just the engine but many other parts also. I would pass.
