The coilover conversion spring kits from Bimmerworld?

Any pros and cons?

i want a stiffer setup but my waller cries out value.

check out www.turnermotorsports. they have coilover kits for about 3k. Haven't used them myself. Also check out this site www.davelength.net he put coilovers on his 325 also has pics.
