I'm about to buy a 97-99 M3 and I currently own a 97 318is with a Remus sport exhaust. I love a great sounding aftermarket exhaust so im curious to other M3 owners opinions of some great sounding and functional exhaust for 97on M3's. So what do you all think is that best exhaust for 97on M3's?

I use Borla... it has worked out nicely... not too loud... nice and deep.

As for performance... I'm not really sure.. its probably better breathing than the stock system.

There are others out there that provide more of a performance enhancement... track pipes with other aftermarket system seem to work out very nicely...

Good Luck,

Les
