I'm going to go with the E30 for its rawness, or the E46 with 19's

E46 for looks and speed, E36 for the way it drives and 4 doors.

i couldnt bring myself to chose e46 over e30, but i still love the e46 for its looks, power, and smg

e46 -- i just can't ignore that power out of the box.

i am also getting soft in my age so i can tolerate a little more luxury.

although i am a stick man to the bone (pun intended), i am considering smg because my woman just can't drive stick. so it's a compromise.

If my pockets were deep, I'd say a a black E46 sittin on 19x10s in the rear and 19x9s in the front. Runner up is the E36

An E36 body with E46 power plant, tranny and suspension/brakes wouldn't hurt a bit. In fact, it would be my dream M3. I like the E46, but feel it has lost the sharp angles and lines that I love about the E30/36. Of course it outperforms them both to the hilt, but like I said, a driveline swap would be nice. SOOPER sleeper.
