| suspension tuning, plus the M3 has a little bit more chassis bracing and reinforments, i remember reading once where TMS found out that the M3 shell actually weights more thatthe regular 3s, they tied it to extra chassis bracing. i think thats it apart from a completely different interior and drivetrain, steering too.
