One of my friends is selling his M3, its a 99 model, 2dr Black coupe, drives well, engine rebuilt at 67K, minor paint blemishes, smokers car, sun/moon roof. Maintainence done as per the manual. All the standard options, 6CD changer BMW installed. Suspension good, brakes good, new clutch, new belts, tires Michelin 10K old. Car hit a metal object while driving and it drained the oil, mechanic left the car running and the engine seized. Since the new engine the car has been driven only 600 miles. I tried to look up the price on kbb.com and edmunds.com, but none factor a rebuilt engine, hence I am stumped. What is a good price for this in New Jersey, friend's asking 20K.
This could be my first M, actually my first Beamer.
Many thanks for response!!
