Some of you may recognize my previous post regarding my concern for the E46 M3 not having a spare tire.
Well, I am now a proud owner of a '04 E46 M3 :nana . Thanks for your responses in my past posts. I have bought a tire repair kit (just in case)
as some of you had suggested. You were all correct in that tires nowadays just don't disintegrate, at least the flats I've experience, the tires all held together and if I had a tire repair kit with me I would have probably fixed it and kept on going without using my spare.
Anyway, I've had the car since Saturday I now have over 400 miles on it
. When I left the dealer the car only had 33 miles!
Despite being warned about the fuel consumption, I've managed to average 24 mpg. Not as bad as I thought, of course I'm still breaking it in.
