SMG/Tranmission Failure Lights...07' M5

Hey guys,

Just got my car back from getting new wheels and allignment and my car threw two faults for the trans - 1 was a yellow light on the I-drive the next was red. They both said limited acceleration, drive moderatlely to dealer etc...When I went to accelerate the car rev'd but took a few seconds for the gear to kick and and the car to move. Once in gear and rolling it was ok but any stop and go was real rough. Any ideas?!!

How big a difference is there between the front and rear rolling diameter of the new tires?
How does this compare to the original setup?
Is it possible that they alignment place has damaged or dislodged part of the stability control sensors?

Same size wheels and tires...and the dealer did the allignment. Really strange, I'm praying it's not the clutch because it's only noticeable starting out in first gear. I hit the gas and the car jerks into motion after a few seconds.

does it have a war. still? i would take it back to the dealer if it does
