Question In European M3 Engines

Hey i have a few small questions. I own a 1997 M3 and am aware that the european M3's make well over 40 hp from 1995 and 81 more hp in 99 from the same 3.0 and 3.2 liter engines. Also i am aware of the valves in the cylinder etc produce the gigantic power increase.

I am courious to know what i can do to get this power. Can i buy a european engine or will it fail emissions?

A cylinder with euro valve kit?? for the states??
If so what are the prices?

the euro engine would cost you a lot of money, and once you get it, there's not that much more you can do to it

to much money$ just go with the valve kit it will give you good power gains
