Pointers when looking to buy E30 M3

I am going to look at one tommorow. Anything that should be of major importance? It is a 1988 being sold for $9800, blk, 103k, many mods.

what to look for huH? man , treat it like any other car you would look at, also take into account the car is from the 80's. good luck and if i were you id buy it, E30 M3 > well everything
