obd1 conversion

I want to swap the intake manifold for the obd1 manifold. This kit comes with every thing I will need and isn't very expensive.

Has anyone else done this and is it worth it? Will it compromise any future mods that are to come? Once this is done my wife will he helping me save up for a vf supercharger stg 1. Running 8psi on stock internals.

You'll lose some low end torque, but most people say it is worth it. Many add underdrive pulleys to make up for the torque loss. By the way, I have an m50 intake manifold (no kit) that I could sell to you if you're interested.

That would be cool, there's already an underdrive kit on her.

I have done it, along with the Conforti software, & the CAI......I am completely satisfied with the results......

Did you feel a decent power gain? My buddy has a srt 4 and I want to be able to pull on him.

For drz, I can buy the manifold in about two weeks depending on price.
