New M5

The new m5 i saw at the Toronto autoshow last week

you know, the more I look at it, I don't like it. I love the specs of the car, but it's ugly IMO. maybe it's the rims or something, I'm not sure but I flatout do not like it.

i think it might be the color, i don't like that color on it, i like the silver the best

Saw the blue and the silver at the Detroit show. Blue was striking, but not a car for a subtle impression. Silver was very classy, and low maintenance. Blue showed every fingerprint. Both interiors were godawful IMO.

I'm going for the M6 partly because of the interior, partly because of the exterior styling, partly because of the slightly superior handling and performance. I just wish they would offer better interiors on these cars!!!

i dont like it at all. every rim I've seen on the newest gen of bmws have been hideous

I like the silver better... but love the E39 M5 much more..

i'm with all the people that don't like the style of the new cars. i think the new 5 especially looks like a pontiac grand prix. i know i know that is a pretty low blow but if you get just a quick glance at them the new kydney grills resemble a pontiac. however i really like the new 6. i wasn't so sure at first but the more i saw them and definatly after i drove a couple i like them even more. plus the 645 just has a really awsome exhaust note. totally diffrent from the 545 or the 745 eventhough they have the exact same engine.

Yeah, i love the 745, 760, but they killed it with the new 5series. Its simply douwnright ugly. The lights extend out too far. The trunk is a little deformed, the wheels are screwed. They are really trying too hard. If i was considering the new 5, i would take a look at the new audiA6 and the new sts too. Both are faster and not as ugly or pricey.

I love the look of the New M5, it is totally different from everything else on the road. I am glad BMW is going their own way instead of just copying everyone elses look. The hard lines are different and also kinda retro at the same time. I know a lot of people don't like the new looks, but I doubt anyone would be complaining if there were in the drivers seat of that M5!

I think it's absolutely beutiful, and I'm sure it'll be a classic along with cars like E30 M3 etc.
