need new plugs

i have a 99 e-36 m-3. im not sure how long the existing spark plugs have been in the car but ive had it since 2007. i'm guessing it's due for new plugs. some people told me ngk's or bosch. i want a hot clean burn. any info will help. thanks. p.s. i got 125,000 miles on it.

NGK's are standard on late model BMW's. i strongly suggest you stay with those.

Spark plugs - NGK BKR6EQUP. I believe these are OEM on the M52 and M54 engines (all non-M E46s).
