I have a 2004 M3 and I am wondering if anyone else experienced a problem like what I'm going through.

I have Xexon headlamps on them and I have been back to the dealership 5 times to have it fixed. The headlamps would either flicker, pulse, or just shut off and go back on really quick.

BMW claims they replaced the igniter, the headlamps, and the controller but still the problem is not resolved.

Anyone else heard about problems with M3 headlamps???

i think i answered this on another page but the fix straight from bmw headquarters is to replace the headlight assembly which comes with the igniter module already wired into it.

Hey, thanks for replying back. Well, from what the dealership did for the four times I went back (and going back for the 5th time on Tuesday the 16th). . . . .They replaced the igniter, the headlamps, AND the controller.

This is an intermittent problem. I probably will be fine now but in two months like it happened before, it will come back.

Do you think I have a valid lemon law case?
